When dealing with issues of domestic violence, it is CFSA's policy to take action and to provide services and supports that address the immediate and long-term needs of non-offending partners, as well as the needs of their children. CFSA also recognizes that a holistic approach to domestic violence must include supports for the offending partner in order to effect truly positive outcomes for all involved.
