As of October 1, 2023, D.C. Law 24-317 requires the District to remove (expunge) certain reports of child abuse or neglect from the Child Protection Register.

We know that the current situation in the world can be scary. CFSA would like to ensure you have the most current information as the situation progresses here in DC. Effective yesterday, DC Mayor Muriel Bowser declared both a state of emergency and a public health emergency, in response to the recently reported cases of the coronavirus (COVID-19).
