CFSA seeks to address staff safety, health and well-being through well-formed policies and substantive services. Such services shall provide consistent and meaningful opportunities to recognize, address, mitigate, or at least minimize Primary or Secondary Traumatic Stress (P/STS) and maintain professional competency among staff.
