POLICY
It is the policy of the Child and Family Services Agency (CFSA) to respond to all reports pertaining to child maltreatment (abuse and neglect) in a thorough, systematic, and timely manner. To accomplish this goal,CFSA has established and maintains a Hotline system, which is operated and staffed on a 24-hour, 7-day per week basis.
