Per the LaShawn A. vs. Bowser Settlement Agreement, CFSA began preparing public performance reports in January 2021. This, the third edition report, is the first report covering the entire fiscal year (October 1 – September 30). The report provides performance data and outcomes on the 42 performance measures included in the Four Pillars Performance Framework in fiscal year (FY) 2022. The measures are organized by CFSA’s Four Pillars Framework. Each measure includes an analysis of steps taken to reach the target or the steps taken to address challenges in achieving targets.
