It is the policy of the Child and Family Services Agency (CFSA) to ensure that children and youth served by CFSA who have AIDS or HIV, or have signs or symptoms of HIV-infection, or who are at high risk for HIV infection, receive appropriate and timely counseling, testing, and/or medical services.
