STAAND Information for Service Providers

CFSA has launched a new online portal, starting March 6th 2023, for Service Providers who currently work with our Office of Wellbeing (OWB) and the Office of Youth Empowerment (OYE). This portal will be a part of CFSA’s new child welfare information system, called STAAND (Stronger Together Against Abuse and Neglect in DC).

This page includes a series of short, instructional videos that will help you use the new system.

STAAND will help with accessing and uploading documents by providing a single technology system for engagement, increased transparency, and improved communication with CFSA. For example, you can accept service requests online such as Transportation Request and when the request is complete, you can update the status and upload supporting documents for service closure.
